Independently designed, built and managed a paperless electronic charting system, including, census, shift assignment, and billing, Program was written for the Palm OS system and linked to a patient daltabase using MS Access.

Duties included, Schedule, assignments, evaluations, training, and general oversight for the staff on shift.  Designed and implemented a productivity program using MS Excel.  This system utilized staff effectively by shifting staff from areas of low census to the areas with a higher census.
